A nice sunny morning for painting. So I packed up my watercolor bag and the result is this 12x16 watercolor sketch on paper.

Norman. Our backyard neighbor.

 

 Flickers on the birdfeeder,

 ice on the river

and icicles.......EVERYWHERE! C'mon summer!

I think this one's ready. Started this particular painting 3 autumns ago. It's along Rt.5 in Westminster,VT. 11x14 oil on canvas.

Here's the 2010 take on my "Twas the night before Christmas" series. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed this years efforts.
